Joint Venture  

ECD’s operations are fairly diversified in terms of approach and execution, and therefore, always in a position to react to the consistent changes in the construction industry and the market place.  As part of its operational strategies, ECD entered into a Joint Venture Agreement and an Equipment Leasing Agreement with Manufacturing Construction Materials Limited (MCM).  MCM is a construction company with Factories for the production of prefabricated concrete elements and other construction input.  

The Joint Venture produces and supplies all ECD needs in the areas of:  prefabricated slabs, columns, beams, lintels, fences, gutters, gutter covers, culvert pipes, electric poles, piles, and Concrete paving stones. It also has an extensive array of construction equipment.
